By providing temporary and permanent new home sales professionals
to the home building industry, Temps For Tracts, is committed to the
success of our builder clients. Our licensed sales professionals are
meticulously selected to meet your temporary or permanent staffing needs.
You can count on us to set the highest staffing standards in the industry
- ethically, responsibly and professionally. We dedicate ourselves to
these goals. Temps For Tracts has been serving Southern California home
builders since 1990. The principals of our company each bring over 30
years of real estate, new home sales and customer service experience
to our clientele.

We know you are busy! So when you call
Temps For Tracts, you get a real person to talk to, not some cumbersome
voice mail system. Our friendly professionals are trained to assist
you quickly and efficiently. Most of our employees have been with
us for years, providing a consistent level of dedicated service each
time you call. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but if you need to reach us after hours, we're
always available! Just leave a message, and we will be immediately
paged. You can count on us to call you right back. It's that easy!

While our corporate office is nestled in the quaint mountain
village of Idyllwild, California, our employees live and work throughout
Southern California, from Ventura through San Diego counties. Wherever
there are new home communities, chances are good that you will already
find us there! With satellite offices strategically located in the areas
we cover, we can easily arrange convenient interview locations for potential
employees, thereby providing our clients with
temporary sales personnel who live close to their new home communities.
