Bobbie Kerns, CSP
President

As president of Temps For Tracts, Inc., Bobbie’s primary responsibilities are overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s ever expanding employee and client base. She has earned the Certified New Home Sales Professional designation as well as completion certificates for all four courses of the Institute of Residential Marketing.

Prior to founding a national real estate and relocation consulting company in 1985, Bobbie was a senior officer for a major international real estate corporation where she was responsible for developing relocation sales programs for over 7,500 salespeople.

During her years in the highly competitive real estate sales and relocation field, Bobbie received the industry's highest awards including the President's Award, which is given by the national Employee Relocation Council only when the Council deems that someone has demonstrated "exceptional leadership". She is also the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award - one of only a handful of people out of the Council's 11,000 members to ever receive this award twice.

With a career spanning over 25 years in real estate sales and management, she brings a vision for providing unsurpassed customer service to the firm’s clients as well as to its employees.

 

Patty Greeves, CSP
Executive Vice President

In addition to guiding the sales and marketing efforts for Temps For Tracts, Patty is currently serving as President of the Desert Sales and Marketing Council and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Council.

She has over 30 years experience in the real estate business selling both resale and new home communities. Earning numerous multi-million dollar sales awards, she was featured in Dossier Magazine as one of the top ten salespeople in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

As the director of national accounts for a major real estate corporation, Patty was responsible for the development of not only the marketing of the firm’s products and services, but also for the education and training of the sales force. Thus, a significant aspect of Patty’s career focused on education. She subsequently wrote and delivered real estate training programs throughout the United States.

In addition to Patty’s unparalleled skills at selling and her organizational abilities, she is absolutely dedicated to maintaining the highest level of honesty and integrity in the industry.

Patty is the broker of record for Temps For Tracts and oversees the firm’s compliance requirements of the California Department of Real Estate particularly as it pertains to employee licensing.

 

Both Bobbie and Patty are recognized throughout the industry for bringing an uncompromising commitment to customer service for all their clients.
