your on-site salespeople and by “shopping” them

Payroll Expenses. Our new home sales professionals are employees of Temps
For Tracts and we handle all the employer expenses and payroll deductions.

Recruiting Expenses. There is no need for you to continually advertise, train,
screen, interview and hire sales assistants, hosts or hostesses. We do it for
you!

Workers’ Comp Expenses. Our employees are covered under our Workers’ Compensation
policy and we provide you with a certificate of insurance.
Bonded
and Insured. We carry Workers’ Compensation
insurance and a $2,000,000 Comprehensive General Liability policy.
All Temps
For
Tracts employees are covered
under a Fidelity Bond.

you may schedule temps online.

We offer a temp-to-perm solution that allows you to try out a candidate
before you hire.
First, tell us your requirements for the perfect candidate; number
of years in the business, skills required and so forth.
Second, we will review our employees who meet your requirements
and either fax their resumes to you or call to discuss them with you.
Third, we can either schedule interviews for you with
the candidates you select or we can schedule them to work at one of
your new home
communities at our regular hourly rate. It's your choice!
By having candidates actually work alongside your sales
personnel, you can evaluate their skills firsthand as well as the way
they
communicate and relate to both your sales people and your customers.
Many of
our clients utilize this temp-to-perm arrangement.
If you decide to hire a Temps For Tracts candidate, we
can either bill you for our temp-to-perm conversion fee minus a credit
for the hours
the candidate has already worked for your firm, or you can
leave the candidate on our payroll for a period of 480 hours
(approximately
90
days of 40 hour work weeks) and then there will be no conversion
charged to you.
